I love to start or end my day with some relaxing qigong. Qigong, sometimes, referred to as chi qong, means to "cultivate or nourish energy". For the past few years, I have been studying and eventually became certified in evidence-based qigong. It has been a blessing in my personal life as part of my own self-care routine and integrating it into my nutrition work has supported my simple message of whole foods, whole person, whole life.
